Description
Pneumatic frame tent for Bashneft
The pneumatic-frame tent is made for the Bashneft company and is intended to house the headquarters for the period of elimination of accidents, emergency situations, and training.
The tent is an inflatable arched frame with longitudinal beams and lower strapping, made of high-strength synthetic reinforced PVC fabric with a double-sided polymer coating, with boost valves and a safety valve (for venting excess air pressure).
The scope of delivery includes: non-removable outdoor waterproof awning, sleeves for heating equipment, windows made of transparent TPU “Oxford” material with Velcro, entrance group (curtain door and pneumatic door), insulated inner awning, removable underfloor heating made of “Polyf” material with a thickness of 8 mm, lamps, diesel-powered heating equipment fuel. In addition to a completely standard set for such products, the customer asked to complete the supply with five folding tables, and a dozen folding chairs. A complete list of components was provided according to the terms of reference.

PJSC ANC Bashneft (a subsidiary of PJSC NK Rosneft) is one of the oldest enterprises in the oil and gas industry of the country, engaged in the extraction and processing of oil and gas, the sale of petroleum products and petrochemicals.
The device of pneumatic tents
Arched structure with longitudinal beams and lower strapping made of reinforced PVC material. When inflated, the atmospheric pressure inside the structure is kept at 0.18 Atm, withstanding up to 25 kg of precipitation per square meter. The pressure relief valve located on the frame helps to remove excess pressure in case of severe heating of the tent. Under normal conditions, the frame lasts for three days without pumping, then a gradual decrease in pressure is possible
The outer awning is also made of PVC material. Completely sealed, can be made with the application of certain symbols or brand elements. The paint does not fade in the sun and is not subject to other environmental influences. Handles for carrying the module and rings for attaching it to the ground with the help of pins and guy ropes are attached to the awning for greater stability on windy terrain
A door with an inflatable frame. It has external and internal cladding, as well as a curtain that prevents air from entering from the street. Like the main structure, it is made of PVC
A door designed for technical use. It is twisted by the user independently, as in the case of an ordinary tourist tent. From bottom to top, it rolls into a roll and is attached to fasteners. It is also convenient for dragging dimensional things
Windows are added at the request of the customer. Made of transparent TPU film
It is attached to the ground with stakes and a drawbar. Withstand wind gusts up to 25 m/s (without dust), or up to 20 m/s, with dust saturation up to 5 g/m3
At the request of the customer, it is equipped with a insulated floor – heat insulator consisting of foil and porous layers located between layers of protective fabric. Such insulation can be used throughout the entire inner area of the tent
POWER GRID:
The pneumatic frame tent has a rubberized frost-resistant dust- and moisture-proof IP65, a 220 V main lighting cable network, 4 sockets for internal use are provided. The cable line is multi-stranded with connection at the connectors and terminals using cable lugs. It is assembled manually and passes the strictest control.
The pneumatic frame tent has a pressure maintaining device (APD) for continuous automatic operation of the inflating device in order to maintain the necessary excess air pressure in the frame of the product. The module is equipped with a turbocharging device, which is designed to create excess pressure in the pneumatic frame of the module when it is installed, as well as to pump air out of the pneumatic frame when the module is folded.
LIGHTING:
Lighting is provided on 4 LED lamps with a rated voltage of 220 V, the lamp power in the lamps is 150 W (according to the standard of incandescent lamps). The degree of protection is IP65. The lamp remains operational at ambient temperatures from minus 50 to plus 50 0 C. The lamps are attached by means of carabiners to the mounting rings on the inside of the tent ridge, connected to the on-board power grid by means of quick-release connections.
