Hangar for mosvodokanal

In order to improve the environmental situation in Moscow and exclude the dumping of snow into reservoirs, Mosvodokanal JSC commissioned a snow-melting point based on a pneumatic-frame hangar manufactured by Olymp LLC.

The hangar was developed by the Olymp company taking into account the operating conditions and the purpose of the structure. The snow disposal project at the snow-melting points built on the collector of the Moscow sewer is the only one of its kind in our country.

We carried out the fastening to the surface using anchors, which allows us to withstand significant wind loads up to 25 m/s. The snow loads that the pneumatic hangar withstands fluctuate in the same values and are approximately equal to 25-30 kg/m².

Our company has extensive experience in the manufacture and operation of large–span pneumatic frame structures — pneumatic hangars. To date, more than 200 projects have been implemented with a total area of over 150,000 sq. m.

Pneumatic hangars proved to be in demand primarily during the development and development of new territories, due to their mobility, quick-erectability and resistance to harsh operating conditions. The main advantage against the background of other prefabricated structures (for example, metal-framed structures) is the rapid installation and dismantling of pneumatic construction. For the deployment of a pneumatic hangar on the ground, it is not necessary to have a special foundation, a relatively flat surface is sufficient.
Mobility due to the compactness and ease of transportation, the minimum number of approvals with regulatory authorities and the affordable price tag made the PCS attractive for solving a lot of commercial and industrial tasks.

The pneumatic hangars developed by the Olymp plant are suitable for performing a wide range of tasks. Our pneumatic structures are suitable for operation in any climatic zone, including in the conditions of the Far North. The materials from which we produce products can withstand temperature changes from -50 to +60 °C. Our specialists calculate wind and snow loads for each climatic zone, which eliminates mechanical damage to the surface and guarantees a long service life. Based on the tasks and wishes of customers, we additionally install a heating system to maintain a comfortable microclimate inside the entire hangar space.

The main material in the manufacture of pneumatic hangars is reinforced five-layer PVC fabric. It meets the requirements of fire safety, is resistant to ultraviolet radiation and is a reliable protection against other adverse environmental conditions. PVC flaps are connected to each other using hot air seam welding technology. With this method of connection, the strength of the welds for etching is at least 1.2 kN in the longitudinal direction and 1.1kN — in the transverse direction. This means that the rupture is more likely to occur in a solid piece of PVC than at the junction. But do not worry, under normal conditions, the rupture of PVC fabric will never happen.

From the moment the layout is developed to the construction of a pneumatic frame structure on the customer’s territory, it takes an average of two months. The area and shape of the object is essentially unlimited. We produce all types of pneumatic hangars, of any shape (from classic rectangular to free-standing rooms with independent vestibules or passages), of any size (from 100 to 10000 m2), focusing on your needs.

The methods of fixing the PKS on the ground are as follows:

Anchor method

When choosing this method of fixing the PKS, a concrete base will be required. The anchor is installed in a specially made hole for it, after which an arch or end wall is attached to it. With this method of fastening, a pneumatic frame dome can be erected over ready-made structures (swimming pools, sports grounds, etc.).

Pile method

This method is relevant if there is no concrete base on the ground. A flat ground platform will be enough for pile fastening. Holes are prepared in the soil by a drilling machine, special blanks (piles) enter them, and then the fastening takes place according to the anchor method. Anchors are twisted into piles, structural elements are attached to the anchors.

Ballast method

Sandbags are placed inside the arches, which are essentially ballast. The ballast is installed through specialized sealed zipper locks, which are pre-welded into the elements of the structure. This ensures the stability of the structure.
Tests have shown that the anchor method of fastening is suitable for operation in places where the wind speed does not exceed 20-25 m / s. The ballast method provides the pneumatic hangars with stability at a wind speed of 47-53 m/s.

But with all the convenience of this method of fixing the PKS (cases when the customer does not have the opportunity to use a concrete base are not uncommon), there is also one significant disadvantage. It is not possible to create complete tightness in the places of zipper locks, therefore, more air and, accordingly, energy is required to maintain the necessary pressure when choosing a ballast fastening method.

Pneumatic hangars installed on a flat surface without the use of a foundation, piles or other method of attachment to the ground are classified as a temporary type of buildings. No special permits are required for their installation. Mobile inflatable structures are included in the category of movable property, which means that the owner of such a collapsible and mobile structure is not taxed on real estate. Ангар для мосводоканала

Для улучшения экологической обстановки в Москве и исключения сброса снега в водоемы, АО «Мосводоканал» ввел в эксплуатацию снегосплавный пункт на базе пневмокаркасного ангара производства ООО «Олимп».

Ангар был разработан компанией «Олимп» с учетом условий эксплуатации и назначения сооружения. Проект по утилизации снега на снегосплавных пунктах, построенных на коллекторах московской канализации, является единственным подобного рода в нашей стране.

Крепление к поверхности мы осуществили с применением анкеров, что позволяет выдерживать значительные ветровые нагрузки до 25 м/с. Снеговые нагрузки, которые выдерживает пневмоангар, колеблются в тех же значениях и приблизительно равны 25-30 кг/м².

Идея создания здания с отсутствием стоек и опор пришла из мира воздушных шаров и дирижаблей. Первыми сооружениями, поддерживаемыми с помощью воздуха, были купола линии DEW (дальнего раннего предупреждения), используемые для защиты радиолокационного оборудования в суровых климатических условиях Аляски.

Это были воздухоопорные здания (ВОЗ). Устойчивость каркаса таких сооружений поддерживалась за счет генераторов и систем непрерывного поддержания избыточного атмосферного давления. Существенный минус у таких сооружений был по сути один — топливо, используемое для поддержания купола, сгорало моментально.

В конце XX века с развитием технологий стало возможно серийное производство надувных пневмокаркасных конструкций больших пролетов. Это более совершенная технология в сравнении с воздухоопорными сооружениями, не требующая постоянной подкачки воздуха, а значит и перерасхода энергии (топлива или электричества).

Наша компания имеет большой опыт в изготовлении и эксплуатации большепролетных пневмокаркасных конструкций – пневмоангаров. На сегодняшний день реализовано более 200 проектов общей площадью свыше 150 000 кв. м.

Пневмоангары оказались востребованы в первую очередь при освоении и развитии новых территорий, благодаря своей мобильности, быстровозводимости и стойкости к суровым условиям эксплуатации. Основным преимуществом на фоне прочих быстровозводимых конструкций (например, металлокаркасных сооружений) является быстрый монтаж и демонтаж пневмостроения. Для развертки пневмоангара на местности не обязательно наличие специального фундамента, достаточно относительно ровной поверхности.
Мобильность благодаря компактности и простоте перевозки, минимальное количество согласований с регулирующими органами и доступный ценник сделали ПКС привлекательными для решений массы коммерческих и промышленных задач.

Пневмоангары, разработанные заводом «Олимп», подходят для выполнения самого широкого круга задач. Наши пневмоконструкции пригодны для эксплуатации в любой климатической зоне, в том числе в условиях Крайнего Севера. Материалы, из которых мы производим продукцию, выдерживают перепады температур от -50 до +60 °C. Наши специалисты рассчитывают ветровые и снеговые нагрузки под каждую климатическую зону, что исключает механическое повреждение поверхности и гарантирует длительный срок эксплуатации. Основываясь на задачах и пожеланиях заказчиков мы дополнительно устанавливаем обогревательную систему для поддержания комфортного микроклимата внутри всего пространства ангара.

Основным материалом при изготовлении пневмоангаров выступает армированная пятислойная ткань ПВХ. Она соответствует требованиям пожарной безопасности, обладает устойчивостью к ультрафиолету и является надежной защитой от прочих неблагоприятных внешних условий среды. Между собой ПВХ-лоскуты соединены при помощи технологии сварки швов горячим воздухом. С помощью этого способа соединения прочность сварных швов на стравливание составляет не менее 1.2 кН в продольном направлении и 1.1 кН — в поперечном. Это означает, что разрыв скорее произойдет в цельном отрезке ПВХ нежели в месте соединения. Но не переживайте, в обычных условиях разрыва ПВХ-ткани никогда не произойдет.

С момента разработки макета до возведения пневмокаркасного сооружения на территории заказчика в среднем уходит два месяца. Площадь и форма объекта по сути ничем не ограничена. Мы производим любые виды пневмоангаров, любой формы (от классических прямоугольных до отдельно стоящих помещений с независимыми друг от друга тамбурами или переходами), любых размеров (от 100 до 10000 м²), ориентируясь на ваши нужды.

Способы крепления ПКС на местности следующие:

Анкерный способ

При выборе этого способа крепления ПКС потребуется бетонное основание. Анкер устанавливается в специально сделанное под него отверстие, после этого к нему присоединяется арка или торцевая стенка. Пневмокаркасный купол при таком способе крепления можно возводить над уже готовыми сооружениями (бассейнами, спортивными площадками и.т.д.).

Свайный способ

Этот способ актуален в случае, если бетонное основание на местности отсутствует. Для свайного крепления хватит ровной грунтовой площадки. В почве бурильной машиной подготавливаются отверстия, в них заходят специальные заготовки (сваи), а далее крепление происходит по анкерному методу. В сваи закручивают анкера, к анкерам крепят элементы конструкции.

Балластный способ

Во внутрь арок закладываются мешки с песком, которые и являются по сути балластом. Балласт устанавливают через специализированные герметичные замки-молнии, которые предварительно ввариваются в элементы сооружения. Так обеспечивается устойчивость сооружения.
Испытания показали, что анкерный способ крепления пригоден для эксплуатации в местах, где скорость ветра не превышает 20-25 м/c. Балластный же метод обеспечивает пневмоангарам устойчивость при скорости ветра в 47-53 м/c.

Но при всем удобстве данного способа крепления ПКС (случаи, когда заказчик не располагает возможностью использовать бетонное основание, не редкость) существует и один значительный минус. Создать полную герметичность в местах замков-молний не представляется возможным, поэтому для поддержания необходимого давления при выборе балластного способа крепления требуется больше воздуха и соответственно энергии.

Пневмоангары, установленные на ровной поверхности без использования фундамента, свай или иного способа крепления к земле, относят к временному типу зданий. Для их монтажа не потребуется специальных разрешений. Мобильные надувные конструкции входят в категорию движимого имущества, это означает, что владелец такого сборно-разборного и мобильного сооружения не облагается налогом на недвижимость.
