Delivery terms

  1. Delivery of inflatable structures produced by our factory, carried out at the expense of the customer by transport companies and Russian Post. Delivery from the manufacturer to the terminal of the transport company or Post office is free. You also do not have to pay for shipping within St. Petersburg. Approximate delivery times are shown on the interactive map;
  2. If the customer needs to receive the shipment in a short time, it is possible to send it by air delivery;
  3. Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer checks the integrity of the packaging. If defects are detected, he has the right to refuse to receive the shipment. It is better to perform an opening and inspection with a representative of the shipping company. It is recommended to perform these actions with photo fixation;
  4. We guarantee the quality of our products, so the quality control department contacts the customer immediately after receiving the parcel to receive possible claims and objections;

For easy transportation and protection, the order is packed in a special PVC bag with ergonomic handles.
You can trace your order by the number of the bill of lading or by calling your personal manager.

Payment

There are three possible payment options for both individuals and legal entities:

1. Online payment (by Visa and MasterCard via remote transfer).
Money from the card is credited immediately, so we can immediately or start producing the order.

Note: Your bank may charge a transfer fee!

2. Cashless payment (on our invoice for the order). After the preliminary order, our managers will generate an invoice for payment. The cost of products and turnaround time are fixed in the contract at the time of its conclusion. The production task is drawn up in the form of a specification, which is an integral part of the contract.

For legal entities you need to provide details to the e-mail: info@air-olimp.ru. Set of documents for shipment of orders by bank transfer: universal transfer document, the bill for payment.

3. Cash payment (to the courier or in cash in our office). After payment, you will receive a check and a delivery note.

Warranty service

For all products manufactured by the plant «Olymp» is a guarantee. We offer a 3-year warranty on pneumohangars. For other products on the site – 1 year warranty.

The contract is drawn up in accordance with all the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and complies with the law of the Russian Federation «On Protection of Consumer Rights». If the company «Olymp» fails to comply with one or more of these points, it bears material and reputational responsibility. Our company values its reputation and always goes to meet with the customer to solve any issues, whether related to the quality of the product or with a commitment to you.

Note that warranty cases include:

  1. damage to the fasteners;
  2. depressurization of joints;
  3. failure of auxiliary equipment.
