From module to complex
The main feature of airframe modules is the ability to combine them into a single workspace. Independent modules are assembled into a single unit, by means of through openings and docking nodes. All facilities, including docking facilities, are self-contained. So you get all the advantages of a full-fledged, for example, a field mobile hospital, without losing the positive qualities of tents (the ability to quickly mount / dismantle, move the already deployed structure)
Comfort
The airframe module is a high comfort design. Since inflatable living pneumoduli are most often used for long-term accommodation of people, then they are equipped according to the task. The standard delivery includes electrical and lighting components with a protection rating of at least IP54, so our pneumatic modules are not afraid of precipitation, as well as the harsh weather conditions. Comfortable living is possible at temperatures from -50 to +60 °C
Design of the pneumatic frame module
Arch construction with longitudinal beams and bottom strapping made of reinforced PVC material. When inflated, the atmospheric pressure inside the structure is kept at 0.18 Atm, withstanding up to 25 kg of precipitation per square meter. A pressure-relief valve located on the frame helps remove excess pressure in case the tent gets too hot. In normal conditions without pumping the frame holds three days, then there may be a gradual decrease in pressure
The outer tent is also made of PVC material. Fully sealed, can be made with the application of certain symbols or brand elements. The paint does not burn out in the sun and is not exposed to other environmental influences. Attached to the tent are handles for carrying the module and rings to attach it to the ground with pins and straps for greater stability in windy terrain

At the request of the customer is equipped with an insulated floor – a thermal insulator, consisting of foil and porous layers, located between layers of protective fabric. This insulation can be used over the entire inner area of the tent
ELECTRICITY:
Airframe module has a rubberized frostproof dust and moisture protection IP65, cable mains electricity 220V, provides for the placement of 4 outlets for indoor use. The cable line is stranded and connected at connectors and terminals with cable lugs. It is assembled by hand and undergoes the strictest inspection.
The air cage module has a pressure maintenance device (PMS) for continuous automatic operation of the inflation device in order to maintain the required excess air pressure in the product cage. The module is equipped with a turbo blower, which is designed to create excess pressure in the pneumatic frame of the module when it is installed, as well as to pump air out of the pneumatic frame when the module is rolled up.
LIGHTING:
Provided lighting on 4 LED lamps with nominal voltage of 220 V, the lamp power in the lamps 150 W (according to the standard incandescent lamps). Degree of protection IP 65. The luminaire remains functional at ambient temperatures from minus 50 to plus 50 C. Lights are attached by means of carabiners to the mounting rings on the inside of the ridge of the tent, connected to the on-board power grid by means of quick-release couplings.

1. Design & Engineering
The first stage involves joint work between you (customer) and us (Olymp specialists). Based on your goals, voiced at the meeting, our designers, analysts and engineers develop a pneumatic frame structure project (AFS). Field of application of the future object affects a lot of parameters (equipment, electrical, the need for insulation, etc.). All of them are determined on the basis of your wishes with a glance at the tasks that the AFS is intended to solve.
2. Production
Pneumohangars we produce in-house, using modern self-propelled European hot air welding machines. The technology allows high-quality welding even in the most remote places, avoiding the rupture of PVC-fabric in the connection area. The quality department tests the finished product for two days. The production manager personally checks the specials. with an awl each stitch. Only after making sure that the product meets quality standards do we send it to the customer.
3. Packaging and Shipping
Prefabricated AFS is packed in individual packages made of the same reinforced PVC. Delivery options depend on the removal of the final destination and the customer’s wishes. We are ready to send our products in any way convenient for you: by transport companies, by rail, by air transport. In St. Petersburg will deliver for free. 4. Mounting
Mounting an inflatable hangar is possible in three ways: anchored, piled, ballasted. If it is impossible to erect a concrete base, choosing the ballast method of anchoring under the future structure is enough relatively flat surface. A dozen skilled workers can turn around a hangar in three days. Our company provides a service of supervised installation. Olymp plant specialist travels to the place of installation and monitors the entire subsequent process.
5. After-sales service
Operation of the hangar is possible immediately after deployment and then for 15-20 years. We give a three-year warranty on our pneumoangars. Any unforeseen manufacturing defects are not your problem, but ours. In the event of such an emergency, we take care of the costs associated with the repair. Quality Control calls customers one week after shipment. All wishes and objections are taken into consideration and taken into account. Continuous improvement is the main principle of our work.
